The LMH6321 is a high speed unity-gain buffer with a slew rate of 110 MHz over a small signal bandwidth of 1800 V/μs while driving a 50 Ω load. It can drive ± 300 mA continuously without oscillation when driving large capacitive loads.

LMH6321 features adjustable current limit. Continuously adjustable current limits from 10 mA to 300 mA ± 5 mA with ± 5% accuracy. The current limit is set by adjusting the external reference current and resistor. It can now be easily adjusted instantaneously, requiring a resistor connection to form a DAC reference current. The purchase and sink currents share the same current limit.

The LMH6321 is a space-saving 8-pin PSOP or 7-pin TO-263 power package. The PSOP package features an exposed pad on the bottom of the package to improve its heat dissipation. The LMH6321 can be used in the feedback loop of an op amp to increase output current, or as a separate buffer.
