LMH6515 is a high-performance, digitally controlled variable gain amplifier (DVGA). It combines a low-noise precision, ultra-linear differential amplifier gain control. Typically, LMH6515 a high-performance ADC driver in a wide range of mixed-signal and digital communication applications, such as mobile radios and cellular base stations, requires an increase in the system's dynamic range automatic gain control (AGC). When used with high-speed ADCs, the system's dynamic range can be extended to 32 decibels.
LMH6515 features differential input and output, allowing a large signal swing for a single 5V power supply. It is intended to accept signals from RF components and maintain a terminated impedance environment. The input impedance is 200Ω resistor.
