The LMH6554 is a high-performance fully differential amplifier designed to provide excellent signal fidelity and a wide range of large signal bandwidths necessary for high-speed data acquisition systems from 8 to 16 bits. Using National Semiconductor's proprietary differential input-stage current-mode architecture, LMH6554 with a small signal bandwidth of 2.8 GHz per unit gain and allows operation without sacrificing more responsive flatness, bandwidth, harmonic distortion, or output noise performance than solidarity.

The device's low-impedance differential outputs are designed to drive the ADC input and any intermediate filter stages. LMH6554 provides 16-bit linearity up to 75 MHz to 200Ω loads as low as 2V peak-to-peak when driven.

The LMH6554 is an advanced process manufactured in the United States that complements BiCMOS and a space-saving, thermally enhanced 14-pin LLP package for higher performance.
