The LMH6609 is an ultra-wideband, unity-gain stable, low power, voltage feedback op amp that provides a bandwidth at a gain of 1 900MHz, a slew rate of 1400V/μs, and a linear output of 90 mA.

The LMH6609 is designed for active filters, especially for maximum flexibility and integrated voltage feedback architecture. The LMH6609 has a balanced, well-matched bias current and minimal offset voltage symmetrical input.

With a differential gain of 0.01% and a differential phase of 0.026°, the LMH6609 is suitable for video applications. The linear output current of 90 mA makes the LMH6609 ideal for multiple video load and cable drive applications.

The supply voltage is 6.6V and specified at 10V. The low supply of 7 mA (10V supply) makes the LMH6609 very useful in a variety of platforms, including portable or remote devices where battery power is essential.

The LMH6609 is available in industry-standard 8-pin SOIC packages and space-saving 5-pin SOT packages. The LMH6609 is specified for operation over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
