The LMH6714/LMH6720/LMH6722 series combines National Semiconductor's current feedback topology with National Semiconductor's VIP10 high-speed complementary bipolar process to produce a very high high-speed operational amplifier. These amplifiers provide a small signal bandwidth of 400MHz with a gain of +2 V/V and a 1800V/μs slew rate while consuming only 5.6 mA from a ± 5V supply.

The LMH6714/LMH6720/LMH6722 series delivers excellent video performance, while its 0.01% and 0.01° differential gain and phase error of NTSC and PAL video signals drive a one-time termination of a 75Ω load. They also provide a 120MHz gain of 0.1dB unit response. In addition, they can provide 70 milliamps of continuous output current. This level of performance makes them ideal op-amps for broadcast-quality video systems.

LMH6714/LMH6720/LMH6722 small packages (SOIC, SOT23 and law firm), low power requirements, low noise and distortion allow LMH6714/LMH6720/LMH6722 for portable RF applications. The high impedance state during shutdown makes it LMH6720 suitable for the use of multiple high-speed signals to shared transmission lines.
