The base ™6640 is a voltage feedback op amp with a rail-to-rail output of 100 mA drive capability. Using the nationally patented VIP10 process technology, the LMH6640 provides a current consumption of only 4 mA with a bandwidth of 190 MHz. The input common-mode voltage range extends below 0.3V to 0.9V^+，VThis makes the LMH6640 a true single-supply op amp. Either rail in the output voltage range provides a dynamic range, especially 100 millivolts ideal for low voltage applications.

The LMH6640 provides a single 170 V/μs supply at 5V_（VPP, -1 2 dB) full power bandwidth slew rate of about 28 MHz. Pay close attention to the stability of the paid device to ensure all operating voltages and modes. The result is a differential stage with any gain setting, including 1 well-behaved frequency response characteristics, and excellent driving video cable specifications, including total harmonic distortion of -64 dBc @ 5 MHz, differential gain of 0.12%, and 0.12°.
