The Benchbase ™6640 is a voltage-feedback operational amplifier with a rail-to-rail output of 100 mA drive. Using the national patented VIP10 process technology, the current consumption provided by LMH6640 is only 4 mA of 190 MHz bandwidth. The input common-mode voltage range extends to V+, V-type and within 0.9V below 0.3V, making LMH6640 a true single-supply operational amplifier. Either rail over the output voltage range provides a dynamic range, especially 100 mV for ideal users for low voltage applications.

LMH6640 provides a full power bandwidth slew rate of approximately 28 MHz at 170 V/μs in a single 5V supply (V PP, -1 2 dB). Pay close attention to the stability of the paid device to ensure that it operates in all voltages and modes. The result is a well-performed frequency response characteristic of any gain setting, including 1 and excellent driving video cable specifications, including a total harmonic distortion of -64 dBc @ 5 MHz, a differential gain of 0.12% and a differential stage of 0.12°.
