illustrate
The LMH664X family of true single-supply voltage feedback amplifiers offers high speed (130MHz), low distortion (-62dBc), and extremely high output current (approximately 75 mA) at a lower cost and reduced power consumption when comparing similar performance to existing equipment.
The input common-mode voltage range is 0.5V to below V - From V and 1V + 。 Any supply rail difference of less than 40mV in the output voltage range is desirable for wide dynamic range, especially in low voltage applications. The output stage is about 75 mA capable of pushing heavy loads. The fast output slew rate (130V/μs) ensures that large peak-to-peak output swings can be maintained at even higher speeds, producing a 3V supply at a special 40MHz full power bandwidth. These features, combined with low cost, make them ideal for a variety of industrial and commercial applications.
Careful attention is paid to ensuring the stability of equipment in all operating voltages and modes. The result is a very well-behaved frequency response characteristic with minimal peak shaving at any gain setting, heavy duty and light loads (typically 2 dB maximum) (0.1 dB up to 12MHz gain flatness at 150Ω load and AV= +2)。 This makes devices with fast settling times (68ns) and low distortion good for operating in ADC buffers, high-frequency filter applications, and other applications.
This device family offers low DG(0. 01%) and DP (0.01°) featuring professional-quality video performance. The differential gain and differential phase characteristics are also well maintained under (150Ω) heavy loads and the entire output voltage range. The LMH664X Series is available in single (LMH6642), dual (LMH6643), and quad (LMH6644) options. See Ordering offers for information.
