illustrate
The LMH664X true single-supply voltage feedback amplifier for the home offers high speed (130MHz), low distortion (-62dBc), and extremely high output current (approx. 75mA) compared to existing devices at a lower cost and reduced power consumption with similar performance.
The input common-mode voltage range is 0.5V to less than V - From V and 1V + 。 A wide dynamic range is possible when the deviation of either rail in the output voltage range is less than 40mV, especially preferably in low-voltage applications. The output stage is about 75 milliamps of capacity to push heavy loads. The fast output slew rate (130V/μs) ensures that the large peak-to-peak output swing can be maintained at even higher speeds, producing a 3V supply at a special 40MHz full power bandwidth. These features, combined with their low cost, make them an ideal choice for a variety of industrial and commercial applications.
Careful attention is paid to ensure the stability of the device in all operating voltages and modes. The result is a very well-behaved frequency response characteristic with minimal peak shaving at any gain setting, heavy duty and light load (typically 2 dB maximum) (0.1 dB up to 12MHz gain flatness at 150Ω load and A V = +2). This makes it easy to work with devices with fast settling times (68ns) and low distortion in ADC buffers, high-frequency filter applications, and other applications.
The device family offers low DG (0. 01%) and DP (0.01°) featuring professional-quality video performance. The differential gain and differential phase characteristics are also well maintained under heavy (150Ω) and the entire output voltage range. The LMH664X series is available in single (LMH6642), double (LMH6643), and four (LMH6644) options. See Order for information on offers available.
