illustrate
LMH664X home true single-supply voltage feedback amplifier provides similar performance to existing equipment compared to higher speeds (130MHz), low distortion (-62dBc), and very high output current at lower cost and reduced power consumption (about 75mA).
The input common-mode voltage range extends below V 0.5V - From V and 1V + 。 When either rail difference in the output voltage range is less than 40mV, it allows for a wide dynamic range, especially ideal for low-voltage applications. The output stage is about 75 milliamps of capacity to push heavy loads. The fast output slew rate (130V/μs) ensures a large peak-to-peak output swing that can maintain even higher speeds at 40MHz at a special full power bandwidth of 3V. These features, with their low cost, are desirable for many industrial and commercial applications.
Pay close attention to the stability of the paid device to ensure that it operates in all voltages and modes. The result is a very well-behaved frequency response characteristic with a minimum peak (typically 2 dB maximum) at any gain setting and heavy and light load (0.1 dB up to 12MHz gain flatness and V = 2 at 150 Ω load). This allows the device to work well as fast settling times (68ns) and low distortion ADC buffers, high-frequency filter applications, and other applications.
This device provides professional-quality video performance in the home with a low DG (0. 01%) and DP (0.01°). The differential gain and differential phase characteristics are also well maintained under (150Ω) weight and over the entire output voltage range. LMH664X families offer single (LMH6642), double (LMH6643), and four (LMH6644) options. See ordering information for offers.
