illustrate
The base ™6645 (single) and LMH6646 (dual), rail-to-rail input and output voltage feedback amplifiers provide high speed (55MHz), and low voltage operation (2.7V), in addition to micropower shutdown capability (LMH6647, single).
The input common-mode voltage range exceeds either power supply by 0.3V, improving ease of use in many previously inferior devices for applications. The supply voltage is either 20mV in the output voltage range, allowing for a wide dynamic range, especially in low voltage applications. Even with a low supply of 650μA/amplifier current, the output current capability remains at a respectable ±20 mA driving heavier load. Important equipment parameters such as bandwidth, slew rate, and output current are kept relatively independent of the combination of operating supply voltages for process improvements and design architectures.
In portable applications, the LMH6647 provides a shutdown function while maintaining a shutdown current of less than 50μA. The features of both sides on and off perform well with minimal output fluctuations during conversion. This makes it possible to use some power-saving modes, as well as multiplexing applications. Miniature packages (SOT23 packages, MSOP-8 and SO-8) to alleviate the board area premium in the application of these low-power high-speed devices is through further means.
