LMH6654/LMH6655 single and dual high-speed, voltage feedback amplifiers are designed with a 250 MHz bandwidth of unity gain stable operation. Operates ± 2.5V to ± 6V and consumes only 4.5 mA per channel. The amplifier has very low voltage noise and a wide output swing to maximize the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal.
The LMH6654/LMH6655 has a true single-supply capability with an input common-mode voltage range extended below the positive rail 1.3V 150mV within the negative power rail.
