LMH6682 and LMH6683 are high-speed operational amplifiers designed using modern video systems. These single-supply powered monolithic amplifiers extend the country's feature-rich, high value-added video products, including dual and triple versions. Important Video Specifications The combination of differential gain (typical± 0.01%) and differential phase at each 85 mAh amplifier output current (± 0.08 degrees) makes it an excellent choice for LMH6682 and LMH6683 all-round video applications.
The topology of voltage feedback op amps ensures maximum flexibility and ease of use in the design of high-speed amplifiers. LMH6682/83 is the VIP10 process technology manufactured by National Semiconductor. This advanced process provides a superior speed ratio to quiescient current consumption, guaranteeing users a high-value amplifier design. Advanced technology and circuit design enable these amplifiers to have a -3dB bandwidth of 190MHz, a slew rate of 940V/μsec, and a stability of less than -1 to 2 greater gains.
The LM6682/83's input stage design extends the input signal range below the negative power rail. The output stage voltage range reaches 0.8V or 2K when driving on the railway
Load. Other attractive features include fast stabilization and low distortion. Other applications for these amplifiers include servo-controlled designs. The sensitivity of these applications exhibits phase reversal of the amplifier when the input exceeds the rated voltage range.
