LMH6702 is a very wideband, DC-coupled monolithic op-amp specifically designed for systems with a wide dynamic range that require exceptional signal fidelity. Benefiting from the country's current feedback architecture, LMH6702 provides excellent speed without external compensation unit gain stability.

Its bandwidth of 720MHz (A V = 2V/V, V O = 2V PP), through 10 bits of 60MHz (distortion level R L = 100 ), 1.83nV/input reference noise and 12.5 mA supply current, LMH6702 ideal for drivers or high-speed flash A/D and D/A converters.

Wide dynamic range, such as radar and communication receiver systems, requires a wideband amplifier that provides excellent signal purity and will LMH6702 the low input reference noise found and low harmonics and intermodulation distortion, making it an attractive high-speed solution.

The LMH6702 is based on National Semiconductor's VIP10™ free bipolar process and nationally recognized current feedback architecture. LMH6702 are SOIC and SOT23-5 packages.
