The LMH6714/LMH6720/LMH6722 series combine National Semiconductor's current feedback topology with National Semiconductor's VIP10 high-speed complementary bipolar process to produce a very high speed operational amplifier. These amplifiers provide a small signal bandwidth of 400MHz with a gain of +2 V/V and an 1800V/μs slew rate while consuming only 5.6 mA from ± 5V supply.

The LMH6714/LMH6720/LMH6722 series deliver excellent video performance while their 0.01% and 0.01° differential gains and phase error of NTSC and PAL video signals drive once into a 75Ω load. They also provide a response of 120MHz with a gain of 0.1dB units. In addition, they can supply 70 mA continuous output current. This level of performance makes them ideal operational amplifiers for broadcast-quality video systems.
