LMH6714/LMH6720/LMH6722 A series of VIP10 high-speed complementary bipolar processes combined with the country's current feedback topology produce a very high-speed operational amplifier. These amplifiers provide a small signal bandwidth of 400MHz with a gain of +2 V/V and a 1800V/μs slew rate while consuming only 5.6 mA from a ± 5V supply.

The LMH6714/LMH6720/LMH6722 series delivers excellent video performance, while its 0.01% and 0.01° differential gain and phase error of NTSC and PAL video signals drive a one-time termination of a 75Ω load. They also offer a gain response of 0.1dB per unit to 120MHz. In addition, they can provide a continuous output current of 70 mA. This level of performance makes them ideal op-amps for broadcast-quality video systems.

LMH6714/LMH6720/LMH6722 small packages (SOIC, SOT23 and law firm), low power requirements, low noise and distortion allow LMH6714/LMH6720/LMH6722 for portable RF applications.
