The LMH6733 chip is a triple, wideband, operational amplifier specifically designed for high speed and low power requirements. Optimized operating supplies for input voltage range and output voltage swing down to 3V and up to ± 6V. Benefiting from the country's current feedback architecture, the LMH6733 chip offers ± 1 with a gain range of ± 10 without any external compensation while providing stable operation even at unity gain. These amplifiers offer a small signal bandwidth of 650MHz with a gain of 2.1 NV / The input-referenced noise consumes only 5.5 mA (per amplifier) from a single 5V supply.
The LMH6733 chip is supplied with flow in a 16-pin SSOP package pinout through the LMH6738 for easy layout and is pin-compatible. Each amplifier has an independent shutdown pin.
