The LMH6739 is a very wideband, DC-coupled monolithic selectable gain buffer specifically designed ultra-high resolution video system, as well as a wide dynamic range system that requires excellent signal fidelity. Benefiting from the country's current feedback architecture, the LMH6739 offers -1, 1 and 2 gains. The LMH6739 at a gain of 2 supports ultra-high resolution video systems with a 400 MHz2V PP 3 dB bandwidth 12 bits through 30 MHz(RL = 100Ω), 2.3nV/distortion With Hz input referred noise, the LMH6739 is ideal for drivers or high-speed flash A/D and D/A converters as buffers. Wide dynamic range systems such as radar and communication receivers require a wideband amplifier that provides excellent signal purity and will find the LMH6739's low input referred noise and low harmonic distortion, making it an attractive solution. The LMH6739 is available in a space-saving SSOP package.
