LMH7220 is a high-speed, low-power comparator that operates from a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 12V. LMH7220 differential LVDS output, driving up to 325mV to a 100Ω symmetrical transmission line. LMH7220 has a propagation delay of 2.9 ns and a rise and fall time of 0.6 ns, while the supply current is only 6.8 mA 5V (load current exclusion).

The LMH7220's input voltage range extends to 200 mV below ground, allowing for ground-based remote sensing applications. LMH7220 are available in both 6-pin TSOT and SC-70 packages. These packages are ideal for spaces that are an important project.
