LMH7322 is a dual-channel comparator with a propagation delay of 700 ps, low dispersion of 75 ps and input voltage range, extending V CC – 1.5V to V EE. The device can operate a wide supply voltage range of 2.7V from 12V. Adjustable hysteresis for added flexibility and protection against oscillation. The output and latch input are LMH7322 RSPECL compatible. When combined with a 2.5V supply voltage of a CCO to output LVDS compatibility levels.

LMH7322 is in a 24-pin LLP package.
