The LMP201x family is the first member of National Semiconductor's new LMP TM High precision amplifier series. The series offers unprecedented accuracy LMP201X space-saving small package and stability, while also being offered at a low price. The device uses patented technology to measure and continuously correct the input offset error voltage. The result is an amplifier that is ultra-stable over time and temperature. It has excellent CMRR and PSRR ratings without the familiar 1/F voltage and current noise increases that plague traditional amplifiers. The combination of these LMP201X features makes it a good choice for sensor amplifiers, high-gain configurations, ADC buffer amplifiers, DAC IV conversion, and any other 2.7V - 5V applications that require accuracy and long-term stability.

Other useful benefits in LMP201X are the rail-to-rail output, a low supply current of 930μA, and a wide gain bandwidth of 3 MHz. These extremely rich LMP201X discovery features provide high performance and ease of use.
