illustrate
The LMP7300 is a reference for combining precision detection thresholds with ideal specifications. Equipped with a 0.25% maximum error accuracy 2.048V reference. Compare features small (35 microwatts), low offset voltage (0.75 millivolts maximum), and independently adjustable positive and negative hysteresis.
The hysteresis comparator is controlled via two external pins. HYSTP socket positive hysteresis and HYSTN pin set negative hysteresis. The design of the comparator isolates VatSource impedance and programmable hysteresis components. This isolation prevents any undesirable interactions, allowing the IC to maintain detection at an accurate threshold voltage level.
The combination of low offset voltage, external hysteresis control, and precision voltage reference provides an easy-to-use micropower high accuracy threshold detector.
The LMP7300 open-collector output makes it ideal for mixed-voltage system designs. The upper limit of the output voltage rail is an unconstrained VCCand can be pulled up to the maximum12Vof V CC above. The LMP7300 is a member of the LMP family of high precision amplifiers.
