illustrate
LMP7300 is a reference for combining precision detection thresholds of ideal specifications. Equipped with a 0.25% and a maximum error accuracy of 2.048V reference. Compare features small (35 microwatts), low offset voltage (0.75 mV max), and independently adjustable positive and negative hysteresis.
The hysteresis comparator is controlled by two external pins. The positive hysteresis of the HYSTP socket and the negative hysteresis of the HYSTN pin setting. The comparator is designed to isolate V in the source impedance and programmable hysteresis components. This isolation prevents any undesirable interactions, keeping the IC at a precise threshold voltage level detection.
The combination of low offset voltage, external hysteresis control, and precision voltage reference provides an easy-to-use micro-power high-precision threshold detector.
LMP7300 open-collector output, making it ideal for mixed-voltage system designs. The upper limit of the output voltage is unconstrained V CC and can be pulled up to a maximum of 12V V CC and above. LMP7300 is a member of the LMP high-precision amplifier family.
