LMP7701/LMP7702/LMP7704 are single, dual and quad low-offset voltage, rail-to-rail input and output precision amplifiers, CMOS input stages and a wide supply voltage range. The LMP7701/LMP7702/LMP7704 is part of LMP's high-precision amplifier family and is ideal for sensor interfaces and other instrumentation applications.

Guaranteed low input bias current less than ± 1 pA LMP7701 ideal for high-precision applications with a low offset voltage of ± 200μV. The LMP7701/LMP7702/LMP7704 utilizes VIP50 technology, which enables the CMOS input stage to be combined with a 12V common mode and supply voltage range. This makes for a great LMP7701/LMP7702/LMP7704 option for many applications where traditional CMOS devices cannot operate under the required voltage conditions.

LMP7701/LMP7702/LMP7704 each rail-to-rail input stage significantly reduces the CMRR glitch typically associated with rail-to-rail input amplifiers. This is done by trimming the free input stage, both sides, thus reducing the difference between NMOS and PMOS offsets. The dynamic range of the output signal from 40 millivolts to the LMP7701/LMP7702/LMP7704 fluctuation range requires low supply voltage applications to be maximized.

LMP7701 is to provide a 5-pin SOT23 package and an 8-pin SOIC package to save space. LMP7702 is available in 8-pin SOIC and 8-pin MSOP packages. Fourth LMP7704 is available in 14-pin SOIC and 14-pin TSSOP packages. These are ideal solutions for PC boards and portable electronics with limited footprint in a small package.
