The LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 devices are single, dual, and quad low offset voltage, rail-to-rail input and output precision amplifiers, each with a CMOS input stage and a wide supply voltage range. The LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 are part of the LMP family of high precision amplifiers, ideal for sensor interfaces and other instrumentation applications. These decompensated amplifiers are stable at a gain of 6 and higher.

Low offset voltage is guaranteed to be less than ± 200μV, and low input bias is guaranteed to exceed ± 1 pA ideal current for high precision applications LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709. The LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 are built to utilize VIP50 technology, which allows a combination of a CMOS input stage and a rail-to-rail common-mode voltage capability range of 12V supply voltage. The LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 are the best choice for many applications where conventional CMOS devices cannot operate due to voltage conditions.

The unique design of each rail-to-rail input stage of the LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 greatly reduces CMRR glitches and typically features rail-to-rail input amplifiers. Both sides of the free input stage are clipped to reduce the difference between NMOS and PMOS offset. Both railways swing at 40 millivolts of output maximize signal dynamic range in applications requiring low supply voltages.

While the LMP7707 is available in a 5-pin SOT23 package and an 8-pin SOIC package, the LMP7708 is available in an 8-pin MSOP and 8-pin SOIC package, and the LMP7709 is available in a 14-pin TSSOP in a 14-pin SOIC package. These small packages of printed circuit boards are an ideal solution for area constraints and portable electronics.
