illustrate
The LMP7711/LMP7712 are single and dual low noise, low offset CMOS input, rail-to-rail output precision amplifiers with high gain-bandwidth product and an enable pin. The LMP7711/LMP7712 are part of the LMP family of high precision amplifiers and are ideal for a variety of instrumentation applications.
Using the CMOS input stage, the LMP7711/LMP7712 achieve an input bias current of 100 FA and an input reference voltage noise of 5.8 NV / √ Hertz, the input offset voltage is less than hertz ± 150μV。 These features make the LMP7711/LMP7712 an excellent choice for precision applications.
Consuming only 1.15 mA of supply current, the LMP7711 provides a high gain bandwidth product of 17 MHz that accurately amplifies high closed-loop gain.
The LMP7711/LMP7712 have a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, which makes them ideal for portable applications where low voltage requires low power consumption. To reduce the already low power consumption, the LMP7711/LMP7712 have an enable function. Once powered off, the LMP7711/LMP7712 draws a supply current of only 140 nA.
LMP7711/LMP7712 is established with the state's advanced VIP50 process technology. The LMP7711 and LMP7712 are available in a 6-pin TSOT23 package in a 10-pin MSOP.
