illustrate
LMP7711/LMP7712 are single- and dual-channel low-noise, low-offset CMOS inputs, rail-to-rail output precision amplifiers with a high gain bandwidth product and an enable pin. The LMP7711/LMP7712 is part of LMP's family of high-precision amplifiers and is ideal for a variety of instrumentation applications.
Using the CMOS input stage, LMP7711/LMP7712 achieves an input bias current of 100 FA and an input reference noise of 5.8 NV/ √ Hz, the input offset voltage is less than ± 150μV。 These features make it a superior choice for precision applications LMP7711/LMP7712.
Consuming only 1.15 mA of supply current, LMP7711 provides a 17 MHz high gain bandwidth product capable of accurate amplification at high closed-loop gains.
The LMP7711/LMP7712 has a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, which makes these low-voltage applications ideal for portable applications that require low power consumption. To reduce the already low power consumption LMP7711/LMP7712 has an enabling function. Once shut down, the LMP7711/LMP7712 plots a supply current of only 140 nA.
LMP7711/LMP7712 is established with the country's advanced VIP50 process technology. The LMP7711 and LMP7712 available in a 6-pin TSOT23 package are available in a 10-pin MSOP.
