LMP7717/LMP7718 are products with a gain bandwidth (GBW) of stable gain of 10 and 88 MHz. The LMP7717/LMP7718 has a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and can be operated from a single supply. LMP7717/LMP7718 each has a rail-to-rail output stage. These amplifiers are part of LMP's high-precision amplifier family and are ideal for a variety of instrumentation applications. LMP7717 family provides optimal performance in low voltage and low noise systems. The CMOS input stage, typical input bias current in the range of a few femtosecond amps, and input common-mode voltage range, which includes ground, make LMP7717/LMP7718 ideal for applications that require high-speed, low-power sensors. LMP7717/LMP7718 is manufactured using the national advanced VIP50 process. LMP7717 is available in a 5-pin SOT - 23 or 8-pin SOIC package.
