The (single) LMP7717 and LMP7718 (dual) low noise, CMOS input op amps provide low input voltage noise density of 5.8 NV/ At the same time, it consumes only 1.15 milliamps (LMP7717) of quiescent current. The LMP7717/LMP7718 are gain-bandwidth (GBW) products with stable gains of 10 and 88 MHz. The LMP7717/LMP7718 have a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and can be operated from a single supply. The LMP7717/LMP7718 each have a rail-to-rail output stage. These amplifiers are part of the LMP family of precision amplifiers and are ideal for a variety of instrumentation applications.

The LMP7717 family provides the best performance in low voltage and low noise systems. The CMOS input stage, typical input bias current within a few femtosecond amperes, and input common-mode voltage range, including ground, make the LMP7717/LMP7718 ideal for applications requiring high speed and low power sensors.

LMP7717/LMP7718 is manufactured using the national advanced VIP50 process. The LMP7717 is available in a 5-pin SOT - 23- or 8-pin SOIC package. The LMP7718 is available as an 8-pin SOIC or an 8-pin MSOP.
