illustrate
Precision amplifiers with fixed gain LMP8602 and LMP8603. The small differential signal will be amplified and filtered in the presence of a high common-mode voltage. The input common-mode voltage range is -22V to +60 V when operating from a single 5V supply. It operates from a 3.3V supply and has an input common-mode voltage range of -4V to 27V. LMP8602 and LMP8603 are members of the linear single-chip high accuracy (LMP). ® Ideal for home and one-way and two-way current sensing applications. The part shown in the table, all parameter values are 100% tested and all bold values are also over 100%, temperature test.
The device has an accurate gain of 50X LMP8602 and 100x, which is the LMP8603 for the most targeted applications to provide sufficient drive ADC full scale values. Two different phases are implemented, with 10x gain and 5x of the output stage LMP8602 and 10X of the gain of the LMP8603 buffer amplifier of the fixed gain of the amplifier's preamp. The connection of the signal path between the two stages brings two pins, allowing for additional output buffer filtering around the amplifier. These pins can also use different gains, as described in the Applications section.
The midrail offset adjustment pins enable users to use these devices to sense the voltage current from a bidirectional single supply. The output signal is bidirectional, and this pin is referenced when the middle rail is connected to the positive rail. With the bias pin connected to ground, the output signal is unidirectional, ground-referenced.
LMP8602 and LMP8603 are available in an 8-pin SOIC package and an 8-pin MSOP package.
LMP8602Q and LMP8603Q incorporated into the automotive market and support processes to increase production, including defect detection methods. Reliability qualification meets the requirements and temperature ratings defined in the AEC Q100 standard.
