illustrate
The LMV301's CMOS op amp is ideal for low-voltage operation with a single-supply supply that guarantees an operating voltage range from 1.8V to 5V. Low input bias current less than 0.182pA typical, eliminating input voltage errors that can come from small input signals. This makes the low input leakage of the low input leakage of the LCV301 ideal for electrostatic applications such as sensitive photodetection resistance amplifiers and sensor amplifiers. The LMV301 also features a rail-to-rail output voltage swing in an additional input common-mode range, which includes ground. The LMV301 drives a 600 resistive load and applies capacitive loads up to 1000pF at unity gain. The low voltage also makes the LMV301 ideal for portable two-cell battery systems and single-cell lithium-ion battery systems.
The LMV301 exhibits excellent speed-to-power ratio, achieving 1MHz unity and low supply current gain. The high DC gain of 100dB makes it ideal for other low-frequency applications.
The LMV301 is available in an SC-70 package, which is the only 2.0X2.1X1.0mm space-saving option. It is also similar, except that there is a CMOS input for the LMV301 LMV321.
