illustrate
The LMV341/LMV342/LMV344 are single, dual and quad low-voltage, low-power operational amplifiers. They are low voltage designed for portable applications. Other important product features are low input bias current, rail-to-rail output, and wide temperature range.
The patented Class AB turnaround period greatly reduces the turnaround time at higher frequencies, power consumption, noise and offset voltages. The PMOS input stage provides users with ultra-low input bias 20fA (typical) current and high input impedance.
The extended application field of the LMV341/LMV342/LMV344 is allowed in the industrial plus temperature range of -40°C to 125°C to adapt to the environment is very wide. The LMV341 expands the size, speed and energy efficiency of National Semiconductor's silicon dust amplifier product line. Guaranteed operation over the LMV341/LMV342/LMV344 voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and all with rail-to-rail outputs.
The LMV341 provides a stop pin that can be used to disable the device. Once in shutdown mode, the supply current drops to 45pA (typical). The LMV341/LMV342/LMV344 at 10kHz has GBW 29nV voltage noise, 1.0V/μs slew rate, 0.25mVos and 0.1μA shutdown current (LMV341.) at 1MHz.
The LMV341 is available in tiny 6-pin SC70 packages, LMV342 space-saving 8-pin MSOP and SOIC and 14-pin TSSOP and SOIC LMV344. These small package amplifiers provide an ideal solution for a minimally required PC board area application. Areas of application with PC board area constraints include applications such as mobile phones and PDAs for portable electronics.
