LMV551/LMV552/LMV554 are high-performance, low-power operational amplifiers implemented with the state's advanced VIP50 process. They are characterized by a bandwidth of 3 MHz while consuming only 37 microamps per amplifier, which is a special bandwidth in this op amp class power ratio. These amplifiers are unity-gain stable and low power consumption and provide an excellent solution for applications requiring high bandwidth.

The LMV551/LMV552/LMV554 have a rail-to-rail output stage and an input common-mode range below ground.

The LMV551/LMV552/LMV554 operate from a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. These amplifiers can operate over a wide temperature range (-40°C to 125°C), making them an excellent choice for automotive applications, sensor applications, and portable instrumentation applications. The LMV551 is available in ultra-small 5-pin SC70 and 5-pin SOT-23 packages. The LMV552 is available in an 8-pin MSOP package. The LMV554 is available with 14-pin TSSOP.
