They are characterized by a bandwidth of 3 MHz, while consuming only 37 microamperes of current per amplifier, which is a special bandwidth ratio of the power of the op-amp class here. These amplifiers are an excellent solution for applications that require high bandwidth with stable unity gain and low power consumption. The LMV551/LMV552/LMV554 have a rail-to-rail output stage and an input common-mode range that can be below ground. The LMV551/LMV552/LMV554 operates from a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. These amplifiers can operate over a wide temperature range (-40°C to 125°C) and are a great choice for automotive applications, sensor applications, as well as portable instrumentation applications. The LMV551 is available in ultra-small 5-pin SC70 and 5-pin SOT-23 packages. The LMV552 is available in an 8-pin MSOP package.
