The LMV641 is a low-power, high-bandwidth, and extended supply voltage range of 2.7V to 12V operational amplifier.

It has a solid gain bandwidth product of 10 MHz with a typical supply of 138μA current gain stabilized. The other main specifications are 105 dB PSRR with CMRR of 120 dB and V OS 500μV with an input reference voltage noise of 14 NV/ and total harmonic distortion is 0.002%. The amplifier has a rail-to-rail output stage, and a common-mode input voltage that includes a negative supply.

The LMV641 exceeds the operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and saves board space in 5-pin SC70 and 8-pin SOIC packages.
