NIC's LMV651/LMV652/LMV654 are high-performance, low-power operational amplifiers that enable advanced integrated circuits with NIC's VIP50 process. This part of the family has a bandwidth of 12 MHz while consuming only 116 microamps, which is a special ratio of bandwidth in this op amp class power. The LMV651/LMV652/LMV654 are unity-gain stable and provide an excellent solution for low-voltage general-purpose amplification and low-power applications.

This family of low-voltage, low-power amplifiers offers superior performance in terms of power and space usage and economy. These op amps have a maximum input voltage of 1.5 mV offset, rail-to-rail output stage, and input common-mode voltage range, including ground. The LMV651/LMV652/LMV654 provide 95 dB PSRR, CMRR as a percentage of dB, and total harmonic distortion (THD) at 0.003%. 1 kHz Frequency and 2kΩ load.

The operating voltage range for this segment of the household is 2.7V and 5.5V. These op amps can operate over a wide temperature range (-40°C to 125°C), making them ideal for automotive, sensor, and portable device applications.
