The LMV710/LMV711/LMV715 are equipped with a BiCMOS op-amp with CMOS input stage. These devices have a larger input common-mode voltage range, rail-to-rail output, and high output current drive than the RR input. They provide bandwidth of 5 MHz and 5 V/μs slew rate.

On the LMV711/LMV715, a separate shutdown pin can be used to disable the device, reducing the supply current to 0.2μA (typical). They also have a turnaround for a time of less than 10 microseconds. This is a power sensitive application, such as mobile phones, pagers, handheld computers, etc., in addition, the ideal solution once the LMV715 is turned off the output will be "tristate".

The LMV710 is available in a small 5-pin SOT23 package that saves space. The LMV711/LMV715 are both available in a 6-pin SOT23 package that saves a small footprint.
