The LMV710/LMV711/LMV715 all have BiCMOS op amps with CMOS input stages. These devices drive larger than RR input common-mode voltage range, rail-to-rail output, and high output current. They offer bandwidths of 5 MHz and 5 V/μs slew rates.

On the LMV711/LMV715, a separate shutdown pin can be used to disable the device, reducing the supply current to 0.2μA (typical). They also have a time turn of less than 10 microseconds. This is a power-sensitive application such as mobile phones, pagers, PDAs, etc., in addition, the ideal solution once the LMV715 is off the output will be "tri-state".

The LMV710 is available in a space-saving 5-pin SOT23 small package. The LMV711/LMV715 are available in a space-saving 6-pin SOT23 package.

The LMV710/LMV711/LMV715 are designed to meet the requirements of low power consumption, low cost, small size mobile phones and similar battery-powered portable electronic products.
