The LMV712 is a high-performance BiCMOS for applications that require speed and low noise combined with rail-to-rail input op amps. They offer a bandwidth of 5MHz and a slew rate of 5 V/μs to handle capacitive loads up to 200pF without oscillation.

The LMV712 is guaranteed to operate from 2.7V to 5.5V and provides two independent shutdown pins. This feature allows each device to be disabled individually, reducing the supply current to less than 1μA typical. The output voltage rises rapidly, and there is no glitch to smoothly amplify the shutdown mode.

The LMV712 with shutdown is a space-saving 10-bump micro SMD and 10-pin leadless lead-frame package (LLP) package. It is also available in a 10-pin MSOP package. These packages are designed to meet the needs of small-scale, low-power, and low-cost cellular phones and battery-powered portable electronics.
