The LMV712 couple is a high-performance BiCMOS for applications that require speed and low noise combined with rail-to-rail input operational amplifiers. They offer a bandwidth of 5 MHz and a slew rate of 5 V/μs to handle capacitive loads up to 200 pF without oscillation.

The LMV712, on the other hand, is guaranteed to operate from 2.7V to 5.5V and provides two independent shutdown pins. This feature allows each device to be disabled individually, reducing supply current to less than 1μA typical. The output voltage rises quickly ramp up without glitches and smoothly amplifiers out of the shutdown mode.

The LMV712 with disconnect capability is available in space-saving 10-ball micro SMD and 10-pin leadless leadframe (LLP) packages. It is also available in a 10-pin MSOP package. These packages are designed to meet the needs of small-scale demand, low-power and low-cost cellular phones and battery-like portable electronics.
