The LMV712 couple is a high performance BiCMOS operational amplifier for rail-to-rail inputs that require combined speed and low noise. They offer bandwidths of 5 MHz and 5 V/μs slew rates and can handle capacitive loads of 200 pF without oscillation.

The LMV712 is guaranteed to operate from 2.7V to 5.5V and provides two independent shutdown pins. This feature allows each device to be disabled individually and reduces supply current to less than 1μA typical. The output voltage is ramped quickly, glitch-free, and the amplifier comes out in shutdown mode.

The LMV712 shutdown feature is available in space-saving 10-bump micro SMD and 10-pin leadless leadframe package (LLP) packages. It is also available in a 10-pin MSOP package. These software packages are designed to meet the requirements of small size, low power consumption, and the low cost required for portable electronics powered by mobile phones and similar batteries.
