LMV7219 is a low-power, high-speed with internal hysteresis comparison. LMV7219 operating voltage range from 2.7V to 5V push/pull rail-to-rail output. The device achieves a propagation delay of 7ns while consuming only 1.1 milliamps at a 5V supply current.

Ground detection is allowed when the input common-mode voltage range is extended LMV7219 200mV below ground. Ensure a clean output transition of the input signal with internal hysteresis or even slow sales.
