The LMV727X is that the rail-to-rail input power is relatively low, which is characterized by supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.7V and 5.0V. They consume only 9uA to supply each channel while achieving a transmission delay of 800ns.

The LMV7271/LMV7275 (single) is available in SC70 and SOT23 packages. The LMV7272 (dual) is in a micro-SMD package. With these small packages, the printed circuit board area can be significantly reduced. They are ideal for designs with low voltage, low power consumption, and strict space requirements.

The LMV7271/LMV7272 feature a push-pull output stage that can drive the load when operating with the lowest power consumption. The LMV7275 has an open-drain output stage that is wired or configuration allowed. The open-drain output also provides the LMV7275 advantage of allowing the output to be pulled to any voltage up to 5.5V, regardless of the supply voltage.

The LMV727X is to establish a propulsion submicron silicon gate BiCMOS process with National Semiconductor. They are both interested in improving noise performance and rail-to-rail output swing for CMOS outputs with bipolar inputs.
