illustrate
LMV727X rail-to-rail input low-power comparator, it features supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.7V, and 5.0V. They consume only 9uA of current to supply each channel while achieving a propagation delay of 800ns.
LMV7271/LMV7275 (single) are available in SC70 and SOT23 packages. LMV7272 (dual) in a micro SMD package. With these tiny packages, the printed circuit board area can be greatly reduced. They are ideal for low voltage, low power consumption, and space-critical designs.
When both LMV7271/LMV7272 have a push-pull output to drive the load, it allows for an operating stage with the lowest power consumption. LMV7275 has an open-drain output stage, allowing for wired or configuration. The open-drain output also provides the advantage of allowing the output to be pulled to any voltage up to 5.5V, regardless of the LMV7275 of the supply voltage.
The LMV727X is to establish an advanced sub-micron silicon gate BiCMOS process with National Semiconductor Corporation. They both have improved noise performance and rail-to-rail output swing for the CMOS output with bipolar inputs.
