The LMV793/LMV794 is a steady gain of 10 and has a gain bandwidth product (GBW) of 88 MHz. The LMV793/LMV794 has a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and can be operated from a single supply. Each function rail-to-rail output stage of the LMV793/LMV794 is capable of driving 600Ω loads and procuring currents up to 60 mA. The LMV793/LMV794 offers optimal performance in low voltage and low noise systems. The CMOS input stage, typical input bias current in the range of a few femtosecond amps, and the input common-mode voltage range, which includes ground, make the LMV793/LMV794 ideal for high-speed low-power sensor applications that require it. LMV793/LMV794 is manufactured by the national advanced VIP50 process. The LMV793 is available in a 5-pin SOT23 or 8-pin SOIC package.
