While the LMV793 (single) and LMV794 (dual) CMOS input op amps offer a low input voltage noise density of 5.8 NV/ At the same time, it consumes only 1.15 milliamps (LMV793) of quiescent current. The LMV793/LMV794 are regulated at a gain of 10 with a gain-bandwidth product of 88 megahertz (GBW). The LMV793/LMV794 have a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and can operate from a single supply. Each functional LMV793/LMV794 rail-to-rail output stage can drive 600 Ω loads and source up to 60 mA of current capability.

The LMV793/LMV794 provide the best performance in low voltage and low noise systems. A CMOS input stage with a typical input range of a few femtoseconds amperes of bias current and input common-mode voltage range, including ground, makes the LMV793/LMV794 ideal for low power sensors that require applications at high speeds.

The LMV793/LMV794 is advanced in the VIP50 process using National Semiconductor. The LMV793 is available in either a 5-pin SOT23 or 8-pin SOIC package. The LMV794 is available in either an 8-pin SOIC or 8-pin MSOP package.
