While the LMV793 (single) and LMV794 (dual) CMOS input op-amps provide 5.8 low input voltage noise density NV/ At the same time, it consumes only 1.15 milliamps (LMV793) of quiescent current. The LMV793/LMV794 is stable at 10 gain and has a gain bandwidth product of 88 megahertz (GBW). The LMV793/LMV794 has a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and can operate from a single supply supply. Each function of the LMV793/LMV794 rail-to-rail output stages can drive 600Ω loads and procure up to 60 mA of current capability.

The LMV793/LMV794 provides optimal performance for low-voltage and low-noise systems. A CMOS input stage with a typical input of a few femtosecond amperes of bias current and input common-mode voltage range, including ground, makes the LMV793/LMV794 ideal for low-power sensors that need to be applied at high speeds.

The LMV793/LMV794 is an advanced VIP50 process using American National Semiconductor. The LMV793 is available in either a 5-pin SOT23 or 8-pin SOIC package. The LMV794 is available in an in-service 8-pin SOIC or 8-pin MSOP package.
