The LMV821 is single, the LMV822 is dual, and the LMV824 lineset devices are low-voltage (2.5 V to 5.5 V), low-power commodity operational amplifiers.The electrically very similar LMV3xx op amp (low supply, common-mode input range of rail-to-rail output current, including ground).However, the LMV82x device offers a relatively high bandwidth (5.5 MHz typical) and a fast kill rate of 1.9 V/μs (typical).

The LMV82x device is a cost-effective solution that may require low-voltage/low-power operation and space-saving considerations in practical applications.The space-saving LMV821 enables the design of portable electronic devices (cordless phones and cell phones, laptops, PDAs, PCMIAs) on a printed circuit board.
