National Semiconductor's LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 is a CMOS input, low-power operational amplifier chip that provides low input bias current, a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and superior performance, making it a powerful general-purpose component. In addition, the LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 are fortified to reduce EMI interference, making them ideal for EMI-sensitive applications. The unity gain stabilizes the LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 with 8 MHz bandwidth while consuming only 0.4 mA of current per channel. The devices also maintain high stability with capacitive loads up to 200 pF. The LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 offers superior performance in power and space, terms of use and economy. This part of the home has a rail-to-rail output stage and input common-mode voltage range, including ground offset, at a maximum input of 1 mV. The LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 offers 92 dB of CMRR and 93 dB of PSRR in the operating voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V. The LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 are available in a space-saving 5-pin SC70 package, 8-pin MSOP, and 14-pin TSSOP package.
