State's LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 CMOS input, low-power op amp ICs offer low input bias current, a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and superior performance that makes them a powerful general-purpose part. In addition, the LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 EMI hardening to minimize any interference, making them ideal for EMI sensitive applications. The unity-gain stable LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 features 8 MHz bandwidth while consuming only 0.4 mA per channel. These components also maintain a large capacitive load of 200 pF. The LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 offer superior performance in terms of power and space utilization and economy. This part of the family has a maximum input offset voltage of 1 mV, rail-to-rail output stage, and input common-mode voltage range, including ground. The LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 operate from 2.7V to 5.5V with supply voltages ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V, providing a CMRR of 92 dB and a PSRR of 93 dB. The LMV851/LMV852/LMV854 are available in space-saving 5-pin SC70, 8-pin MSOP, and 14-pin TSSOP packages.
