The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 are low-voltage, low-power operational amplifiers. LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 +1.8 V to +5.5 V supply voltage and rail-to-rail inputs and outputs. The extension of the LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 input common-mode voltage of 200mV beyond the supply voltage range allows the user-enhanced functionality to exceed the supply. Output swing rail-to-rail unloading and 600Ω load 105mV in 1.8V power rail. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 are optimized to operate at 1.8V, making them ideal for portable dual-battery powered systems and single-cell lithium-ion battery systems.
The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 have excellent high-speed power ratios, achieving extremely low supply current at 1.8V supply voltage and gain bandwidth of 1.4MHz. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 drive 600Ω load and capacitive load up to 1000pF minimum ringing. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 have a high DC gain of 101 dB, making them suitable for low-frequency applications.
A single LMV931 is available to save space in the 5-pin SC70 and SOT23 packages. The dual LMV932 is a quad LMV934 in an 8-pin MSOP and SOIC package and a 14-pin TSSOP and SOIC package. These small package areas are ideal for PC boards such as cellular phones and PDAs for portable electronics.
