The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 are low voltage, low power operational amplifiers. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 operate from a +1.8 V to +5.5 V supply voltage and rail-to-rail inputs and outputs. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 input common-mode voltage is out of supply, extending the supply voltage range beyond the user's enhanced function by 200mV. The output swings rail-to-rail offload from 105mV within a 1.8V rail with a 600Ω load. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 are optimized to operate at 1.8V, making them ideal for portable dual-battery powered systems and single-cell Li-Ion battery systems.

The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 offer excellent speed/watt ratio, achieving a gain-bandwidth product of 1.4MHz of supply current with a very low supply voltage of 1.8V. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 are capable of driving 600Ω loads and capacitive loads up to 1000pF with minimal ringing. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 have a high DC gain of 101 dB, making them suitable for low frequency applications.

The single LMV931 is available in the 5-pin SC70 and SOT23 package space in the salvage. The dual LMV932 is available in 8-pin MSOP and SOIC packages, while the LMV934 is available in 14-pin TSSOP and SOIC packages. These small packages of printed circuit boards have limited area and are ideal solutions for portable electronics such as cellular phones and PDAs.
