The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 are low-voltage, low-power operational amplifiers. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 operate from +1.8 V to +5.5 V supply voltages and rail-to-rail inputs and outputs. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 input common mode voltage exceeds the supply voltage range by 200mV for the user's enhanced function. The output swing rail is unloaded from a 1.8V supply rail with a 600Ω load in a 1.8V power rail. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 is optimized to operate at 1.8V, making them ideal for portable dual-battery powered systems and single-cell lithium-ion battery systems.

The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 exhibit excellent speed-to-power ratios, achieving a gain bandwidth product of 1.4MHz at a very low supply current of 1.8V. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 is capable of driving a minimum ringing of 600Ω loads and capacitive loads up to 1000pF. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 has a 101 dB high DC gain, making them suitable for low frequency applications.

The single LMV931 is available in the 5-pin SC70 and SOT23 package space. The dual LMV932 is available in an 8-pin MSOP and SOIC package, while the LMV934 is quad in a 14-pin TSSOP and SOIC package. These small packages of printed circuit boards have a limited area and are ideal solutions for cellular phones and PDAs for portable electronics.
