illustrate
LMV981/LMV982 low-voltage, low-power operational amplifiers. LMV981/LMV982 supply voltages from +1.8 V to +5.0 V and rail-to-rail input and output. The LMV981/LMV982 input common-mode voltage extension of 200mV exceeds the power supply voltage range, allowing users to enhance functions beyond supply. Output swing rail to rail unloading and 600Ω load, 1.8V power supply rail 105mV. LMV981/LMV982 are optimized to operate at 1.8V, making them ideal for portable dual-battery power systems and single-cell lithium-ion battery systems.
LMV981/LMV982 provide a shutdown pin for disabled equipment to reduce supply current. ^ When SHDN pin = low, the device is off. The output will be shut down by high impedance.
LMV981/LMV982 offers an excellent high-speed power ratio, achieving ultra-low power supply currents at 1.8V supply voltage with a gain bandwidth of 1.4MHz. The LMV981/LMV982 are capable of driving 600Ω loads and capacitive loads up to 1000pF with minimal ringing. The LMV981/LMV982 have a high DC gain of 101 dB, making them suitable for low-frequency applications.
The LMV981 offers micro SMDs with 6 solder balls saved, using SC70-6 and SOT23-6 package space. 6 solder ball micro SMD package, with a footprint of only 1.006mm x 1.514mm x 0.945mm. LMV982 is the space offering energy-efficient MSOP-10 packages. These small PC boards with limited footprint are ideal solutions for portable electronic products such as cellular phones and PDAs.
